⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a fun day out! Had the best time on this tour! Super worth the money and packed with so many cool spots. Huge thanks to our guide, Suki—she was awesome! She speaks fluent English and Mandarin and shared so many fun facts throughout the day. Feeding the seagulls on the ferry was definitely a highlight! She was also smart enough to flip the schedule so we hit the Ganghwa Luge first thing in the morning, which saved us from the crowds and the midday heat. The bus was super comfy and the ride was really smooth too. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for an easy, fun day trip! Thanks for everything, Suki!

Michael was right on time to pick us up and had communicated instructions to meet ahead of time. We had a very interesting day and Michael was very engaging and answered all our questions. His English is very good and was easy to understand. He even got us to the Palace for the Changing of the Guard. We had a group of six so it was very good value for money as well, especially compared to a ship tour. We were also able to move around quicker with the smaller group. I highly recommend Michael and this tour.

There’s a staff who can speak English to help check your booking then give you a tickets before proceeding to the rail bike operation staff. It takes less than an hour but it could be very tiring if only two people riding it especially for two ladies…yet, the view was nice n we went there in mid September so there was breeze…we started the ride at about 5pm so we can even see the sunset slowly

There's also Seaside Park in front of the main gate, which is great for morning and evening strolls. I booked an ocean view room and loved having a balcony. This is my second visit. Even with many foreign tourists, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the atmosphere is pleasant, so I had a relaxing stay. Check-in is self-service. If you call, they are very helpful and friendly, so there's no inconvenience. It seems to share a building with Sky Stay Hotel.

location is good, room overall is ok but can do better with more cleanliness, facilities include washing and dryer machines, instant coffee mix and cold water, the only downside is checking in since we arrived at night, there wasn't anyone at the reception and had to self check in.

one of the best we stayed in south korea. near airport and near beach side/rail bike area. there are bus stops near and stores/restaurants. we had a room with outdoor/terrace bath tub. self checkin and out.

The room was very spacious and offered great value for money, but the hairdryer didn't get hot, and the toilet drainage was extremely poor, leading to flooding if not careful. I'm not sure if this is the case for every room, but I wouldn't prioritize staying here again.
