I requested a vietnamese interpreter for my mother in law during her skin consultation. The interpetor was on time and incredibly helpful. She spoke with my mother in law while waiting and reassured her what to expect. I highly recommend this service! I would happily book again if we need it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel L’Art Gimpo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable hotel in Gimpo. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, allowing us to rest well after long days of sightseeing.
The location was excellent, especially with the subway station nearby, making it easy to explore South Korea. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and other establishments within easy reach.
For the price, the hotel offers excellent value with great service, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Hotel L’Art Gimpo again on our next trip to South Korea. Highly recommended! 🇰🇷❤️🌸

I was upset because the front desk staff was unfriendly. When using the swimming pool, you must bring a cap or swim cap, the usage time is limited to within 2 hours, and the water was colder than expected. In the kids' zone, many of the books were worn out, and it was disappointing to see the facilities gradually aging. Also, because many people were coming into the accommodation late at night, I woke up in the middle of my sleep.
