Went to the Grand View Hotel during the long weekend. Although there were many tourists, they increased their service staff accordingly. There were also many enthusiastic foreign staff members, which made for a great experience. Hualien is beautiful, and the hotel is very comfortable. The Pacific Ocean view is amazing. Everyone should visit Hualien more often!

Fantastic stay with a package that included two-day Ocean Park tickets! The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. The hotel room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. We'll definitely come back again if we have the chance!

The service is friendly and attentive, the environment is clean, and the hotel is situated with mountains on one side and the sea on the other, offering remarkably beautiful scenery. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and is worth visiting again.

Everything was wonderful, and this was my happiest trip ever. The weather was great that day, too. The only, only, only downside was that the pillows smelled of sweat.

Enjoy panoramic views of Hualien's mountains and ocean. The perfect place for families to stay and relax together.
