The staff were all very friendly. There weren't many options for breakfast, but that was fine since I had to catch a flight. The room was smaller than pictured on the website, but it was very clean.

The space is huge! You can easily lay out four 29-inch suitcases. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and the shuttle to the airport is super convenient, making it the top choice for early morning transit flights!

Best decision we made to stay a few nights arriving from NZ before heading off to Tokyo city. The hotel was great and our room was spacious. Awesome having Minimart opened 24hrs and the pharmacy located on site. Free shuttle service to and from Narita Station, Aeon Mall & the Airport. The staff were awesome and informative. Totally recommend this place 100%

Slightly old hotel but has everything you need! We love how there is 24 hours family mart and airport shuttle every 30 mins from 5am to 11pm!

Excellent service! The room was perfect for my one night stay. I included breakfast but scheduled my shuttle to the airport for 6:30am and so I would miss the breakfast but they made sure I had a to-go meal ready and waiting in the morning! This hotel is also great in the fact that it has a Family mart right on the first floor!! Overall, 10/10 I recommend!!

The room is simple, and the bed is elevated, so large luggage can be stored underneath, keeping the walking space clear. It's super close to the station, and you can even book a shuttle bus directly to the airport. There's a convenience store downstairs. For someone worried about navigating from the city to the airport with large luggage and crowds, this is an excellent transit hotel.

This hotel is very close to Narita Airport. It offers a free shuttle bus service every half hour from the hotel to the airport. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and there's a convenience store and a souvenir shop inside.

Conveniently located near the train stations, Senso-ji Temple, Don Quijote, Nakamise shopping district, and restaurants—a four-minute walk to 7/11 and McDonald's. The hotel receptionist is also nice. While the room is a little small for a family of three, it has everything that we need - a shower with a bathtub, an electric kettle, a hair blower, hangers, room slippers, a map of the city, and a mini refrigerator. The linens are also comfortable, and the towels are replaced daily, even when not requested. Overall, we had a very nice and comfortable 4-day stay, and we'll definitely stay there again on our next visit.
