There are many types and temperatures of hot springs to try, which is quite interesting. Besides your swimsuit, I recommend bringing flip-flops for easier walking, though you can still get around without them. The summit hot spring is very popular, so there's a 10-minute time limit. Also, Vicky was a wonderful, friendly, and smiling driver and guide. She also explained some of the history of the Melbourne area to us.

Tixkets are super easy to be booked, all you have to do is arrive and staff would be able to redeem your tickets for you with no issue. Facility is easy to get to with are provided and price us definitely super reasonable. Extra food for kangaroos or interactions have to be made on the official website. Just make sure you select entrance tickets were purchased while booking the additional items on the official website.

This time, I bought the 3-attraction pass, which was a great deal. I visited Healesville Sanctuary (the bird show has two performances, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with different content, so I recommend seeing both; the platypus is also a must-see), Sovereign Hill (this pass included a mine tour, and you can choose your time slot when exchanging tickets at the entrance; Chinese-language tours are available), and SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium (you can see penguins up close, separated only by glass; there are many species and a huge crocodile).

Entire trip was so seamless and straightforward. Our guide James was really friendly and accommodating. Was a bit unsure at the start because it was raining heavily but he assured us that a little bit of rain would kinda enhance the experience haha. Luckily the rain stopped by the time we got there but it did made dipping in the hot spring more enjoyable. I do wish we could have skipped the boxes though, but I suppose since it was along the route it made sense to just pit stop.
