The environment was excellent. I booked a 1:1 session, which was in a private room, so there were no other distractions. The instructor was very professional, explaining things quickly and effectively. They immediately clarified why certain things would or wouldn't suit me. After analyzing my personal color, they also recommended suitable cosmetics. There's an Olive Young store not far away, so I could directly purchase the cosmetics that were right for me. It's a shame the makeup appointments were fully booked today; otherwise, I would have scheduled one.

I absolutely loved my first color analysis experience! Ms. Han was incredibly knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire session. What impressed me most was how she helped me clearly see, with my own eyes, which colors complemented me best and which ones didn't. The side-by-side comparisons made such a huge difference and really helped me understand my personal color palette. I also truly appreciated her product and makeup recommendations. Shopping feels so much easier now because I know exactly which colors and products to look for to bring out my best features. The session was both fun and eye-opening, and I learned so much about what works for me. Thank you, Ms. Han, for such a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to boost their confidence and make more informed style and beauty choices!

Our tour guide was super cute. They were around the same age as us, which made them very friendly and approachable. Drawing those circles really required some patience, but it was very rewarding!

Leo is a fantastic and funny DMZ tour guide from PLK Travels! We were very blessed with clear skies and lucky to be able to see all the way to the NK mountains at the observatory deck. The tour was fun and history made simple for everyone to understand. The 3rd tunnel experience is a must try! Overall 10/10 experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip! Bonus: Handsome retired special forces tour guide for half a day :D

We got the whole day tour and we loved it! Our tour guide Rachel was so sweet and funny and so patient with my questions. It was so much fun!

We booked a 10-hour Seoul Suburbs tour and left Seoul proper at 8:00 AM. Our driver, Kim Woon, picked us up at our hotel and guided us through a well-paced day. We started at Alpaca World, which the kids absolutely enjoyed. After lunch, we continued to our Bike Rail adventure, then headed to Nami Island before returning to Seoul. Overall, the experience was positive. Kim Woon was helpful, offered good recommendations, helped us take photos, and allowed time for toilet breaks along the way. We’re satisfied with the service.

The location is easy to find, near the subway station. The service attitude is also excellent, the process was very pleasant, and Chinese translation was available.
