this hotel is just in front of the beach, very nice location, neat and clean. they serve awesome breakfast as well

Very nice and relaxing time at the resort. The service was great, staff was attentive and helpful. The view of Railay Beach was simply incredible! Best location! We also loved all the wildlife around the resort.

Had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff name Dao she was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. I would definitely visit again because of her excellent service. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was relaxing.
However, I was quite disappointed with the experience with one of the managers. The way she spoke to customers felt rude and not very helpful at all, which affected our overall experience. I hope the hotel can improve customer service in this area because the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Still, thank you for the hospitality.
