Miss Anazawa is very professional. She was never impatient when helping me put on the kimono and always had a smile on her face. Although the upgraded kimono was more expensive and had fewer choices, the quality was very good and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience.

The only downside is that going to Ichiban-gai in the morning was really too early, the shops only open at 10:00, and we had to leave at 10:20.
