The company contacted me via WhatsApp about one or two weeks before the activity, and later the driver was also assigned a couple of days before it. Mr. Xu kindly drove us to attraction venues around Kawagoe, which we chose because it was less popular and less crowded, but there was still much to see and taste. The trip didn’t feel rushed as we only had to contact him whenever we are done with one location and want to move to the next. It would’ve been nice if he could give us short introductions to each of the venues we were going to visit, even though his job scope was only to drive us around.

It was my second time with a chartered flight with this company and put was such a great experience! Once again it was for 3 people, and instead of getting a cruise transfer to go leave, went with this option and got a full day of an extraordinary adventure for the same price as any normal cruise excursion. The driver was excellent and super accommodating. Especially since mount Fuji was hidden by clouds at all the usual scenic sights on the east and we requested to go to the other side of the mountain away from all the normal routes.

We decided to rent a private car for a day trip to Kawagoe and I am so glad we did. Kawagoe Is the most charming little town with the most amazing shrine and cherry blossom views!! Loved this side quest!!

Excellent driver, very kind, very informative, good car, good driving. Very on top of things, told us to check for the front desk availability at our ryokan, offered to take us to different view points and points of interest. We declined because we wanted to enjoy the onsen and the ryokan, but it was a very nice experience and excellent service. After this I booked also with klook another service, thinking the quality would be the same. Not so. Shame that you can't count on consistency and there is no way of knowing who you are booking with .

The driver was punctuated. He was on time and know his way well. His driving was excellent. At every destination, he went through trouble to walked us to the exact location. I would say this was my best trip with Klook
