It was safe, professional and so much fun. They knew what they were absolutely doing at all times and we never doubted that they would take absolute good care of us. Highly recommend this activity!

Zoey and Ellie were fantastic guides! I really appreciate their enthusiasm in bringing our group around and made me feel included, especially as a solo traveller. Learnt a lot about glow worms from Zoey since she led our group.

the rapids were rapid but the guides were very detailed and reassuring in their instructions during the brief. wasn't cold too because they provided layers and booties. really have to just bring along swimwear to wear inside and a towel to dry off after.

it was a good location and the room was very spacious and clean, highly recommend this place in that area!

Clean and cozy rooms just enough for you to stay rested while in the room. Locatio is superb as its within near a church, medical centre, playground and the famous Eat street. Plenty of parking within the vicinity. Same owner with Novotel so access to gym and spa in Novotel is allowed using the Ibis access card. Overall, a cheaper option to stay in Rotorua.

Probably the best experience my family had in NZ.. This canopy tour and zip line is a smash!! The trail was out of the world scenic and we felt really safe in the hands of the guides.. Jake was amazing and friendly.. Will highly recommend this canopy trip if you ever want to do it once

We loved this! Newy and Ellie were the best guides! We took the whole family, 2 adults with 5 kids ( Ages 5, 7, 10, 15, 16) the ziplines were so fun and not scary at all. My 5 yr old rode with my husband and did great! There were 4 ziplines and a bridge. We were able to zipline backwards and upside down. Highly recommend!

it was a great experience for my first time there. the sight, smell and sound was an eye opener of what actually a thermal wonderland is. it has a strong history and wonderful host we had that morning to welcome the show. parking on site was free , do head early as it starts around 1030am.
