The best time to visit Banqiao District is from October to April, when temperatures are cooler and walking around Lin Family Mansion and Garden, Fuzhong, and night markets is more comfortable. June to September is hotter and more humid, so plan indoor mall visits or early evening sightseeing.

Banqiao is easy to reach via Banqiao Station, which connects Taiwan High Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, Taipei Metro, intercity buses, and local buses. From Taoyuan International Airport, take the Airport MRT to New Taipei Industrial Park or Taipei Main Station, then transfer by MRT or rail.

Use the Taipei Metro, local buses, taxis, and walking for short hops around Fuzhong, Banqiao Station, and Nanya Night Market. An EasyCard is the most convenient option for MRT, buses, and convenience store payments.

Stay near Banqiao Station for the best transport links, shopping, and hotels connected to malls. Fuzhong is better for local food, older streets, and easy access to Lin Family Mansion and Garden.
