Fantastic 5.0
Highly recommend! Will definitely try this out again when I visit Thailand. If youre the one who want a little bit of adventure in the streets of Thailand. The tour guide was kind and over all it was a very fun experience. Got to know some friends here as well.

Fantastic 5.0
Thanks to the hotel's shuttle service, I had a very relaxing time. Moomin the pygmy hippopotamus had grown quite a bit, so it wasn't too crowded. A golf cart is definitely a must-have! The animals seemed to be living freely and vibrantly. You can feed them and feel close to them, and I got to see them in ways I normally wouldn't. Everything required cash. There's an ATM at the information desk by the entrance. Also, the driver was very kind.

Fantastic 5.0
We had a smooth and hassle-free experience with the tour agency and thoroughly enjoyed our Bangkok tour. Our driver, Mr. Manat, was very accommodating, kind, and professional. He made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 5.0
My wife and I loved the cruise it ticked every box . Food was delicious the service was great and the singers were very talented. The two hours were just enough to see the main sights by the riverside.

Plan your budget for these activities

Typical range Typical price
Tours

Attraction passes are the easiest entry point, typically around USD 8, while Tours are both the priciest (around USD 39) and show the biggest spread in prices — roughly USD 22 — so you’ll find the widest choice there. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.

What to know before visiting Chonburi

Top experiences at a glance

Chonburi’s top bookings are led by Tours, followed by Attraction passes and a few Cultural experiences, with demand peaking late in the northern summer and dipping in the April trough. Tours dominate the calendar and spread through the year, while attraction passes offer a low-entry way to join the city's most popular sights.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families will find attraction passes handy — they’re the most budget-friendly option and make hopping between kid-friendly sights easier. Couples often prefer the range of Tours, which cover everything from small-group outings to more premium options and suit relaxed day trips. Solo and small-group travellers can mix attraction passes with shorter Tours for flexibility, and the occasional Cultural experience if they want something more niche.

What travellers from Australia should book ahead

Most things in Chonburi can be picked up a day or two before you go, but even spontaneous trips are balanced by a tendency for earlier planning: many visitors lock things in about four days out, with the earliest planners booking roughly twelve days ahead. Booking ahead matters most in August, when demand is strongest and popular Tours fill up faster.

How the categories compare on price and who they suit

Attraction passes are the easiest, lowest-cost way in and sit well below the other categories on price. Tours are the priciest on average and also show the widest spread — you’ll find both entry-level day options and more premium experiences there, so they suit a broad range from budget-conscious to splurge travellers. Cultural experiences are a small, steady niche between the two and appeal to travellers after something focused and local rather than a big-group outing.
