Oh no, I almost missed the bus because the bus waiting location wasn't the same as what was ordered. The driver's WhatsApp number wasn't actually the bus driver who was driving. Thankfully, the person who wasn't the real driver was really able to help via WhatsApp call. You have to be smart and diligently ask anyone you meet at the location.

It is a smooth ride no hassle at all the driver reminds us on the what to bring when we pass the immigration, he is also polite and most of all in time. Thanks Klook this trip is not possible without this offer!

The drivers are so nice, very professional, very helpful, shows concern and makes sure yoi understand the check point processes. The bus also have a express lane so the trip was so fast. we got too early than expected

Everything was smooth as long as you prepare all the necessary SG Arrival and Malaysia Arrival cards online (entering and leaving the country). TAKE NOTE THESE FORMS ARE FREE! It is a requirement upon entering and leaving the borders. Driver will patiently wait for you and they’re on time so make sure to be timely so that you’ll be on schedule. If you don’t plan to stay in Malaysia then DON’T bring heavy loaded bags since you need to go in and out frequently when going to the immigration. You need to carry your baggages with you for xray inspection since it is not allowed to be left in the bus. Legoland is a 30-40min ride from the Malaysian border in Johor depends on traffic. The place is not that huge so 4-6hrs is enough but it depends on what show/rides you wanna explore. We went there on a Monday so it is not crowded and queues are not long. Food inside is cheaper compared to USS and they accept debit card and SG Currency so no need to worry.
