Provided by SeaQuest, snorkeling at Sapi Island includes boat transfers, but not an instructor. However, you can see many small fish near the shore.

Great experience!! -did this 10 years ago and still as good. the guys from white hunter co. were experinced and funny people- very helpful. will come again. one point to note is that we had a very fast and bumpy ride to and from the river - they need to provide newer vans as the suspension was non existent and the vans were very old and somewhat dirty- travelling almost 5 hours return was more tiring than the rafting itself as we had to hold on or be thrown around the van. Drivers were kind but need to slow down especially in the rain.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

This tour is so convenient, just show yourself up and they will assist you. The tour is not packed just chill, which I like. You dont need to be in a hurry, they will give you enough time in each island.

our driver arrived on time and was very helpful. he was able to navigate well even though it was raining. he was also friendly and patient even if it took us long at the immigration.

The pick up was smooth and they were on time. The driver communicated with us a day before the pick up and provided clear instructions. We booked them too for our trip back to SG.

We were assigned William as our driver and guide. William proactively introduced attractions as we drove past them. He was also very helpful in taking many photos for us throughout the trip.
On the way back to the city, we were caught in a traffic jam and needed to add an extra hour. While he could have simply dropped us off at the original destination—which would have meant paying an extra hour for only about a 30-minute drive—he instead took us on a mini city tour, pointing out key landmarks around Kota Kinabalu. He extended the route and eventually dropped us off about 1.5 hours later, while only charging us for one additional hour.

Our driver, Vincent, was very thoughtful and guided us throughout the entire trip. He was both a safe driver and an excellent guide. He shared where we could have lunch at Kundasang, souvenir shopping locations in the city area and even some history of attractions we saw along the way. He arrived at the pick up point ahead of time and ensured that our ride was comfortable. We managed to cover several locations like Nabulu Market, Desa Cattle Dairy Farm, Alpaca Club and Mount Kinabalu HQ where we did some trekking. Worth the money!
