Our tour guide Peter and driver are both amazing! The place was so packed, and people will just push you around, so be prepared. Just have lots of patience and be nice, as everyone just want to get ahead of everyone to take good photos and videos. It's really nice to see the Terracotta Warriors in real life. I also enjoy the VR attraction recommended by Mr. Peter which cost only half of the original price. Also, the food after the tour was good!

we had an amazing day trip with our tour guide Andrea. she was very good at explaining the itinerary for the day and stories behind each attraction. lunch was delicious, I recommend getting the dumplings and noodles to share! and the Huaqing palace is beautiful!

The Shaanxi Museum Guide Ms Nana was very knowledgeable and explained the exhibit at Hall 4, 6 and 7 in details to us. The whole tour took abt 3hrs. For the camel bell show, we enjoyed it very much and the driver pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. Both segments were planned well and the agent contacted me one day in advance via WA with the details. Highly recommended.

We had a private tour in Xi’an visiting the Terracotta Army, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and Huaqing Palace, and it was an outstanding experience — mainly thanks to our guide, Sophia.
Sophia has a deep knowledge of Chinese history and the sites we visited, explaining everything clearly and in a very engaging way. She is extremely intelligent, well-informed, friendly, and attentive, always making us feel comfortable and involved throughout the tour.
What made the experience even more special was her genuine curiosity and interest in Brazilian culture. She asked thoughtful questions and created a real cultural exchange, which made the tour feel personal and meaningful, not just informational.
The places themselves are incredible, but they became even better with Sophia’s guidance. We also appreciated our driver, Mr. Wang, who was professional and kind.
We truly loved this tour and highly recommend Sophia to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Since it was a local group tour, all the travelers and the guide were Chinese and the tour was guided in Chinese. We were the only foreigners, but there were no problems with sightseeing. I don't speak Chinese at all, but I used a translator and had no problems communicating. In terms of cost-effectiveness among Hukou Waterfall tour packages, I don't think there's anything better than this. If you make a reservation, the travel agency will send you a friend request via WeChat, and if you add them as a friend, they will inform you of the bus pick-up location and time. We traveled in a 3-row premium bus. (The front and back spacing is narrow.) Admission tickets, bus fare within Hukou, and group lunch costs are separate.

Excellent service. They arrived on time as scheduled near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, but using a translation app was no problem. You don't have to walk with the tour group the whole time. You can walk around on your own and meet up with the group at the designated time and place at the Starbucks exit.
