Transport in Yokohama

Very comfortable and a pleasant experience in taking a limousine bus ride from Shinjuku to Narita Airport. Our driver, though a little bit old, has a very good driving skills and also very repectful to all of the passengers. I will definitely take this ride again once I come back to Japan. Arigatou gozaimasu!

This is my second time getting this pass and I would always get this for my Kansai itnerary. It is very convenient to have especially when multiple companies are operating different set of train lines. Also, its coverage so vast so that you can basically do unlimited variation of your itineraries.

This is so convenient! It would be perfect if it included future subway lines! It seems like the tourist bus stops are hard to find, and it feels like the bus drivers don't always stop at the stops on the route. Thankfully, you can ride other city-operated buses, which is really convenient for tourists like us. But since you can only buy a one-day pass, it would be even better if you could buy two-day and three-day passes! It would also be great if you could buy a package deal with the ropeway and Ferris wheel! Highly recommended, it's really convenient for exploring Yokohama!

This pass is useful and value for money when visiting Hakone and Kamakura within the days period. Highly recommended.

Lost again on my second visit, so here's the ultimate route update XD. Take the Hanzomon Line to Shibuya, then take the escalator up (near car #5). After exiting the ticket gate, walk straight for about 3 minutes in the direction of A0-A3, then turn to the left front towards A2. Take the escalator up one level (the underground passage between you and street level), then turn 180 degrees. That darn information center will be right in front of you in the shadows. If this helps those of you who easily get lost, my blisters will be happy too. Hopefully, I won't need to buy a third ticket (end).

i love this pass, first day little bit difficult because sometimes no staff near the gate. then we call the staff officer by machine n show the pass through the camera then they will let us enter the gate. 5 days easy to go and i used this pass to go to narita airport. next time i will use this pass again.

We arranged for transfer from our hotel in Yokohama to Tokyo. The driver arrived 20 mins ahead and he was very friendly and a safe driver. we had a good chat along the way. Transfer was comfortable and car very clean. bags were loaded and unloaded by him. this is a better option for family with children to lug bags and pay courier to go next hotel with a little more costs.

enjoy the day to kamakura as itinerary was customised and in accordance to my family’s request. pick up from the hotel and dropped off at our requested dinner place. driver offered advice to ensure we meet the reservation timing. thank you for the day!

The exchange point on the B1 railway access floor, which is also a tourist information center, offers currency exchange (machine). The history, aesthetics, and atmosphere of Chinatown are very attractive, and the rou rou coffee is a delightful surprise! It's also easy to get to and from Tokyo. I would recommend it to everyone!
