This is one of the most unique experiences I've ever had! I got the 24h bath ticket with massage and stayed almost the whole day. 💆🏼‍♂️I chose a Thai massage, which was very intense (if you want a relaxing massage, don't choose this). 🕜 I went on a Mon/Tue, it was busy but not crowded. 💤It possible to spend a night for fee. No booking required. If you get a late massage, you can sleep in a private massage cubicle (best option) or in the massage lobby. The chairs in the lobby are comfortable, but it's loud and bright. The capsules are pretty uncomfortable because the futon is very thin. 🍉The ticket includes unlimited fruit, tea, ice cream and bottled soft drinks. The fruit was ripe and tasty! You also get 1 free drink from the bar. 📍The spa is 5 minutes from the Futian Checkpoint metro station. ⚠️No need to take anything with you! Everything is provided (disposable underwear, pajamas, toothbrushes, unscented skincare, shower things, sleeping masks, earplugs...).

Really love this place. The staff here are extremely, extremely good, and extremely, extremely warm. They are also happy and willing to help solve problems. The customer service aspect is above and beyond! Also, the space here is large, and there are many diverse things to do. It caters to both active and relaxed preferences. There are many kinds of fruits, and the melons and small tangerines are very sweet. There is also an on-demand coffee grinder. The complimentary handmade drinks are excellent. Every staff member in the fruit area is great and very enthusiastic to help!! Sincerely thank them. This package also included a lobby project, and I got a foot massage from Sister Xiao, number 619. She's a very nice person and great to talk to, and her foot massage technique is excellent. Highly recommend. I like this place and will come back! A very amazing experience. Other than food, everything else were included. You get free flow of fresh fruits and many kinds of drinks, enjoy unlimited onsen, sauna, games, karaoke. If you did not book their hotel rooms, you will have to find a place to sleep, first come first serve. They will reimburse RMB30/pax if you take a taxi there and this amount can be offset from any expenses on your final bill.

I really appreciate that they didn’t keep pushing products on us, and instead just politely asked if we needed the service. Overall, we had such a great time staying here for more than 24 hours. It would be even nicer if the women’s bathroom also had a cool pool. And the fruit bar—just amazing!

This was my first time at the sauna, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious and affordable. There are plenty of seating areas. I loved everything about it. It was very relaxing. Although I didn't use the 24-hour sauna for personal reasons, I was still very satisfied. ❤️ I'll be back soon.❤️😊😉

It's been a while since I had a massage, and I chose this place because the price, location, and environment seemed good. The receptionist's service attitude was very good when I entered. The background music inside was super relaxing. The masseuse who massaged me, 婭婭, was the best one I've ever had in my massage experience. I told her where I wanted to be massaged more, and she knew exactly where I was tense without me having to say much. She massaged those spots a few more times with just the right amount of pressure! I felt so light after the massage. When I was about to leave, the receptionist told us to sit for a bit longer 😂🤣. It turned out that there was a papaya and snow fungus sweet soup at the end, which was a pleasant surprise! We slowly finished it before leaving. I personally think this place has excellent service, technique, and environment. I would like to go again next time!!

i love it. at first i wanted to cancel coz it was hard to find. good thing there was guard that can speak english. the place was clean and nice. the receptionist were accomodating. the the technician was superb. will definitely go back again. we did opted to shower first and was surprised with their care for hygiene for this the only place i experience disposable towels. they will care for you.

The oldest and arguably the best sauna in Shenzhen! Massage never dissapoints and unlike other saunas they give free charging wires and don't charge for staying overnight in the massage room on all evenings except Fri and Sat
