Very relaxing experience. We love staying in Hoshino Resorts KAI Yufuin. Everything was perfect.

Very quiet, not crowded and not noisy. Although the hotel feels a little old, the advantage is that there are not too many people in the hot spring! The room is also very spacious and the tatami is very comfortable to sleep. Each person staying on the tatami is given a bag of supplies for hot spring bathing. Remember to bring them to the hot spring. There are no disposable supplies on the table in the hot spring on the first floor! There are only large bottles of makeup, lotion, and face wash. It is about 8 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes away from Lawson

Individual house with two private onsen, all staff are friendly. Private room for breakfast and dinner. Really great experience. But the facility is a bit old eg wash room may need to be refurbished. Overall is great, recommended.

The Japanese-style architecture and courtyard are great and have a great atmosphere, but it was a pity that it rained 2. There is a golden retriever and two cats as companions. This time, I had a good relationship with the tabby cat Ram. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, he climbed up directly and later slept in our room for one night. It was so relaxing to have him accompany me all day. 3. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. There is free water and drinks available in the lounge. 4. The room is spacious. Although the shower room is small, it is not as small as imagined (at least there is). There are 5 free private baths available. I did not encounter the situation of having to fight with others for the bath. This time I used the outdoor bath, which I think is great! It's all good 5. There are free bicycles to borrow 6. It is very convenient to walk to Lawson, 7-11, and the post office within 1-5 minutes! 7. Very close to JR station, you can walk to 8 One night two meals in less than ten minutes. I had a very enjoyable dinner, with barbecue, sashimi, and sushi. If you add 1700 yen, you can also drink unlimited alcohol. However, the breakfast is just ordinary. It was a smooth, relaxed and enjoyable day trip! Our guide, Lina is nice, friendly, patient, attentive and gives clear instructions in English and Mandarin guiding us throughout the trip and also recommends places to go for food around Hakata Station. Enjoy the day tour at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, Beppu ropeway, Kirin lake, Yufuin Floral Village is nice and charming. It has nice shops like Studio Ghibli, Snoopy, Miffy and many more. Recommend 👍. The whole rides to and fro is comfortable and pleasant too!

Everything was great! The whole package was worth it and very well organized. Our tour guide was really kind,helpful, and knowledgeable, which made the trip even more enjoyable. No hassles at all — definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

Lui was a fantastic guide! Excellent communication skills! Gave us more insights than what we have researched beforehand on the internet. The Takachiho gorge was the highlight of this trip definitely! The Miyazaki beef lunch that was provided in this tour was fantastic too. It takes the guesswork out of the tourists thinking where to eat and keeps everyone on schedule too. The Shirakawa Suigen was okay but the highlight was the purchase of the soy sauce using water from the spring. The last place we went to was okay too but for me the view when you get to the cave wasn’t worth the walking downhill and uphill going back. The views along the way were better. It’s a good thing there was a store that sold delicious ice cream when we reached flat land. The ride back took longer due to the traffic but when you book this tour, I hope you get Liu as your guide. He was perfect! 👌

Our tour guide, Pandora, was very helpful and made a difference in our day trip. She recommended what to do at each stop and also shared some factoids on each location. She also made a decision to add a rest stop when there was a bad jam back to Fukuoka, which was a godsend as many of us needed the toilet. The overall experience was very good. Highly recommended.
