The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

I enjoyed this trip a lot. I saw plenty of cute and pretty things at Yufuin village. Just a little sad that the train ride was suspended during our time. However, we were able to spend longer time at other attractions. Our tour guide, Daisy, is such a kind person. She even made maps and food recommendations for us to try. Also, our bus driver drives carefully so I was able to rest between locations.

this was the highlight of my trip and did not disappoint. tho i would like more time to explore the area and walk around however we had limited time (also because i booked the special lunch) also kudos to guide Ryu for actively speaking in 3 languages (japanese chinese and english) for everyone to relate on trivia about the place we went to. this is a must when you visit fukuoka. i bet it will be beautiful also when its autumn.

I booked the "Kumamoto Castle & Mount Aso & Kusasenri & Aso Shrine & Kurokawa Onsen" day tour through Klook, and the overall experience was fantastic!
Itinerary: Being able to visit so many attractions in one day was incredibly worthwhile, especially the magnificent scenery of Mount Aso and Kusasenri, which left a deep impression. The atmosphere at Kurokawa Onsen was also wonderful, making it a great place to relax.
Convenience: For those who don't want to plan complicated transportation routes themselves, this type of day tour is perfect. Having dedicated transportation (including the volcano shuttle bus) saved a lot of travel time, allowing us to focus more on enjoying the beautiful sights.
Summary: The guide/driver provided excellent service, and the pace of the tour was well-managed. This is a highly cost-effective option, recommended for travelers who want to experience the unique attractions of Kyushu in a short amount of time!

this tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

We had an amazing day exploring Beppu and Yufuin, and our tour guide, Mr. Carson, made the experience truly unforgettable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the trip. Mr. Carson shared interesting facts about each destination, gave us plenty of time to enjoy the attractions, and made sure everyone was comfortable from start to finish.
His recommendations for local food and hidden spots made the tour even more special. The itinerary was well-paced, and we never felt rushed. If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, personable, and genuinely passionate about showing the beauty of Beppu and Yufuin, I highly recommend Carson. Our tour to Takachiho Gorge, Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine, Amanoiwato Shrine, and Amanoyasukawara was absolutely fantastic! The itinerary was well-organized, giving us enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.
A special thank you to our wonderful tour guide, Ms. Cico, who was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the trip. She shared interesting stories and helpful information about each location, making the experience even more meaningful.
One thoughtful touch that really stood out was that every guest received a complimentary box of delicious manju, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus provided to take us up to Takachiho Gorge, saving us from the uphill walk and making the visit much more comfortable.
Overall, everything was well-planned, convenient, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Ms. Cico, for making it such a memorable day!
