Cam, our driving instructor, was really nice and patient. it was a surreal experience and the good was also great. Staff took great care of us all. A few points to note, too many people on the boat with many we has to take turns getting into the choppy ocean after lunch. Not really an ideal dive option. Secondly the evening tea should have had the pastries rather than morning as we were all getting ready to dive into the ocean, so food wasn’t on our minds…

After gathering in downtown Brisbane, we took a 90-minute boat ride to Moreton Island. We were divided into three groups for snorkeling, sandboarding, and kayaking. Each activity wasn't too long, just enough for a taste. However, the island's beaches were incredibly clear. We even saw small sharks while snorkeling.

All the staff were very friendly, the sand on the island's beach was incredibly comfortable to walk on, the canoe instruction was simple and easy to understand, and the commentary on the sightseeing boat was also wonderful and engaging. On the return trip, we were able to go up on deck and experience the thrill of speeding back to the Brisbane River. It was also very convenient to pre-order a taxi through the staff on the boat.

North Stradbroke Island is so beautiful! Rob was nice, funny and tried his best to locate the wild life animals for us. We saw one humpback whale, many kangaroos, and some koalas. Trust me, the experience of looking for animals in the wild was wonderful!

Had a seamless transfer and a great day out at Australia zoo! Got to feed some kangaroos and also pet a snake and a koala! It was a good day!

We took this tour with our 8-year-old child, and we were deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of our guide and driver, Michael. From the pre-trip email confirming the hotel and pickup time to his punctual arrival, the service was impeccable.
Along the way, Michael kindly provided explanations and took us to the Glow Worm conservation center. Unlike fireflies in Taiwan, these glow worms are tiny, and entering the cave felt like being immersed in a vast starry sky—it was both magnificent and beautiful. Afterward, we went to Eagle Heights for a panoramic view of the Gold Coast, then headed to a stargazing spot to witness a stunning sunset.
What touched us most was Michael's thoughtfulness. He prepared mats for us to lie on while we rested and ate. The dinner was simple yet incredibly delicious. Our child loved the Australian sausages so much that he ate four! I also really enjoyed the sparkling white wine, and when Michael noticed, he enthusiastically took a photo of the bottle for me, making it easier for me to find it again when I return to Taiwan. The starry sky that night was unbelievably beautiful. Through a powerful telescope, as grand as a utility pole, we clearly saw Jupiter and numerous star clusters, and we were even able to take photos with our phones. Michael's explanation of the constellations was easy to understand, and our child learned a lot. This was a peaceful and surprising nature trip, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who loves nature and stargazing.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Brisbane. We joined the twilight climb, and my daughter and I were the only Asians in our group, which made the experience even more unique.
Our climb leader, JASPER, was outstanding—professional, humorous, and incredibly attentive. His clear safety briefing made everyone feel confident, and throughout the climb he shared fascinating stories about the Story Bridge while ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable.
JASPER also took wonderful photos for us at every scenic stop, giving us memories we will treasure forever.
Reaching the summit and overlooking the Brisbane River and the stunning city skyline was breathtaking. Watching the golden sunset as the moon slowly rose was a magical moment that words can hardly describe. It is a memory my daughter and I will cherish forever.
I highly recommend the Story Bridge Adventure Climb, especially the twilight session. Thank you, JASPER, for making this adventure so special and unforgettable!

This is a great place to see koalas! While you can't hold them, you can pet them. There are also many koalas and you can get quite close, so you can gaze at them to your heart's content without worrying about crowds. This is also the best place to feed kangaroos. Most of the kangaroos don't seem interested in eating, but if you put food in your palm and offer it near their mouths, they surprisingly eat it. You can pet the kangaroos as much as you like, and I was so touched by how friendly they are. There are also free shows held in various locations, which I enjoyed. I spent a leisurely day from morning until about 3 PM. The park was also a good size, which was nice. I want to go again!
