got lucky and saw the Irwin Family. The guide told us where it would be best to sit down to avoid the sun in your eyes beforehand as well. great trip and great operator

The whole tour was very well organised and everything went smoothly. We were lucky to spot lots of wildlife along the way, which made the experience even more special. Our guide explained everything clearly, knew a lot about the local area and wildlife, and was also very thoughtful and attentive to everyone in the group. The scenery on North Stradbroke Island was absolutely stunning and honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s such a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Brisbane or looking for a memorable day trip!

All the staff were very friendly, the sand on the island's beach was incredibly comfortable to walk on, the canoe instruction was simple and easy to understand, and the commentary on the sightseeing boat was also wonderful and engaging. On the return trip, we were able to go up on deck and experience the thrill of speeding back to the Brisbane River. It was also very convenient to pre-order a taxi through the staff on the boat.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Brisbane. We joined the twilight climb, and my daughter and I were the only Asians in our group, which made the experience even more unique. Our climb leader, JASPER, was outstanding—professional, humorous, and incredibly attentive. His clear safety briefing made everyone feel confident, and throughout the climb he shared fascinating stories about the Story Bridge while ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable. JASPER also took wonderful photos for us at every scenic stop, giving us memories we will treasure forever. Reaching the summit and overlooking the Brisbane River and the stunning city skyline was breathtaking. Watching the golden sunset as the moon slowly rose was a magical moment that words can hardly describe. It is a memory my daughter and I will cherish forever. I highly recommend the Story Bridge Adventure Climb, especially the twilight session. Thank you, JASPER, for making this adventure so special and unforgettable!

This is a great place to see koalas! While you can't hold them, you can pet them. There are also many koalas and you can get quite close, so you can gaze at them to your heart's content without worrying about crowds. This is also the best place to feed kangaroos. Most of the kangaroos don't seem interested in eating, but if you put food in your palm and offer it near their mouths, they surprisingly eat it. You can pet the kangaroos as much as you like, and I was so touched by how friendly they are. There are also free shows held in various locations, which I enjoyed. I spent a leisurely day from morning until about 3 PM. The park was also a good size, which was nice. I want to go again!

I'm Japanese! I'm on a family trip to Australia! My parents are golfing, and I joined this tour alone, getting picked up from the Gold Coast. Many of the participants were English speakers, and everyone was speaking English. I can't speak English at all, but I managed with the Felo translation app, gestures, and intuition! 😂 There was another person who joined alone, and I kayaked with them (the only paired activity). I powered through that too! Honestly, I was super anxious and nervous, but I think I'll stop being nervous partway through! Nearly 20 people participated, and I exchanged Instagrams with two of them. I probably won't see most of these people again, so don't be unnecessarily nervous, just go for it! ^^

100% RECOMMENDED!! You will save a lot specially if visiting multiple places in Australia. It's easy to use and the inclusions are not bad!
