I went to the Miramar Shopping Centre branch. I really enjoyed the Hokkaido Wagyu and other Wagyu, the quality was very good, a very satisfying meal. Special thanks to every staff member for their dedication, the warm and friendly hospitality and professional service attitude made me feel very good, I will definitely come back to eat again.

It's been a while since I had A4 Wagyu beef, so this time I went to Gyu-Kaku with a friend who returned to Hong Kong from the UK to eat our fill. The food came quickly, there were many choices, and the quality was quite good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The only downside was the ventilation in the restaurant was average, and there was a bit too much grease and smoke. Overall, it's a high-value choice!

The staff at the Tuen Mun branch have an amazing service attitude, carefully analyzing the price differences and food differences of different套餐. Compared to the Yuen Long branch, the environment is much neater, cleaner, and more spacious.

Wet wipes were not pre-set on the table. I asked for wet wipes for the four of us, but he only gave me three. Some of their marinated food was quite salty. No one followed up with us to change the barbecue grill, but I saw that others were proactively helped with grill changes. I noticed that some of the food came out in very small pieces, and the new ones were extremely salty. Especially the beef tongue, which I really like, was not tasty.
