I called the hotel before picking up the mooncakes and received excellent customer service. The mooncakes are very popular. On the day of pick-up, I asked a staff member if there were any available, but there weren't. The hotel price is $268, so I didn't overpay by buying through Klook. The mooncake box is reusable and great for gifting; my friends and family complimented the "beautiful" packaging. Each mooncake is individually packaged exquisitely, maintaining elegance throughout. This box of mooncakes has 3 flavors, which is satisfying. The mooncakes taste great, and I'm holding back to save some for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The mooncakes are packaged in a green wooden box. After eating the mooncakes, you can use them to put small accessories. It is environmentally friendly. It is so good. It would be better if there is a small paper box to wrap it. It would be great as a gift. The mooncakes are not eaten yet, so I don’t know how they taste. One thing to mention, the instructions say to pick up the goods at Eaton Residence (B2), but in fact, you can just pick up the goods as soon as you enter the fruit layer of the hotel from G/F.
