Excellent, very punctual, and the directions were clear. No transfers needed, direct to the mountaintop. The departure time was early, and we met and boarded the bus under the eagle statue at the Grand Hyatt.
The driver safely took us to our destination and brought us back just as safely. Mount Buller is definitely worth visiting! It's very cold on the mountain, so remember to dress warmly.
smooth transfer from melbourne cbd to mt buller village square. one way journey is about 3.5hrs. the driver gave us a quick toilet break half way through the bus ride. this activity is purely just bus transfer. if you would like to have ski lessons, equipments hire, ski-lift pass, snow tobogganing then you would need to buy this separately either from the tour company or from the shops in mt buller.
The coach was new and comfortable. Our driver Rick provided excellent services and answered questions politely. His driving was also safe and smooth. Had a quick toilet break both ways and was on time.
The bus straight to the village is so convenient and gives more time to enjoy the snow. It also had a minimal stopover so that was great. The bus itself was clean and comfortable for the long travel so really great value for money!
The bus 🚌 arrived on time. The road conditions were good and the weather was good. It snowed a few days ago and arrived early, giving us an extra hour of free time! It's so beautiful. It's very comfortable to walk around without skiing.

Although we booked the transport and back from Mt Buller, the experience was fuss free and easy. the driver is very experienced, patient and friendly. he gave us some tips along the journey and also very knowledgeable. the transport is punctual too which is important for us as we have back to back activities.
