• Bamboo Island is visited only in the high season (1st Oct-31st May).
• Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary options are available on request. Please let us know 1 day before the trip starts before 22:00.
• Pickup from your hotel in Old Town, Bamboo Bay, Klong Jark, Kantiang, Klong Hin, Klong Nin, Klong Khong, Long Beach, Klong Dao and Kaw Kwang Beach located near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, please come to a nearby hotel. The exact pick-up time will be informed by email after you have made the booking.
• The tour program is subject to change due to weather and sea conditions. In case if the trip can't operate, the operator will contact you as fast as possible and you can change the travel date or cancel with a full refund.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
