Phuket Phi Phi & Bamboo Islands Full-Day Tour with Catamaran

Fantastic day trip with an outstanding crew! This full-day tour of the Phi Phi Islands was a major highlight for us. The itinerary was beautiful. Our guide’s name is Sky, she was an outstanding guide, and the entire team did a wonderful job. They were so attentive and hospitable, making sure everyone was comfortable, yet they ran the whole operation with total professionalism. Thank you Sky and the team for a perfect day!

We had an amazing Phi Phi Island tour! Our guide was very nice, helpful, and fun, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Free water and juice were provided on the boat. The buffet lunch was delicious, with halal and vegetarian options included. In the afternoon, we enjoyed fresh fruits, and the trip ended with free ice cream. Definitely worth the money!

Wonderful day trip fulfilled with beautiful sea, best friends and sunny weather. It’s a relax day trip, if you like sunshine, crystal clear waves, sand and Karst bay. It’s a safe and carefree trip, they explained clearly the trip itinerary at first, and kept everything on time. They not only took pictures for us, but also take care of sea sick and our tour mate’s small scratch. The view of Maya bay and Pileh is phenomenal, and we’re lucky that was a sunny day. We got new and hygiene mouth piece before we go snorkelling, that’s a big big and well guided even some of us can’t swim. The trip was smooth, fun and chillax, definitely recommended.

I really loved this tour. guide: The staff were very kind and helpful to me, even though my English isn't very good. boat condition: The boat was new and comfortable, and I didn't get seasick. There was also a clean toilet on board. safety: The staff were very helpful and taught me how to use the masks and other equipment. itinerary: There was a video explanation and a thorough briefing on safety. scenic views on board: The weather was good, the scenery was very beautiful, and I was able to relax and spend a leisurely time.

It was a good tour, everything was well-planned, and the organization was excellent. We were picked up in the morning, and there was a small breakfast buffet. We received instructions in Russian and English, and motion sickness pills were provided, as the boat ride was quite long. Along the route, we were given towels, water bottles, sweet drinks, and small snacks. Masks, snorkels, and slippers were also provided for those who wanted to snorkel. Even though I went during the off-season, there were still quite a lot of people on the islands. You'll be able to take good photos, but be prepared for crowds. I really enjoyed the snorkeling—the locations with reefs and various fish were truly beautiful.

Great day from start to finish, catamaran was well organised, light breakfast, free towels and free sickness tablets were given before we set off. Jeffrey was lively and kept the mood going through the day. Plenty snorkling, beautiful islands, we loved it.

I really enjoyed this trip with this operator. The overall arrangements, from pickup to return, were satisfactory. I especially liked the atmosphere of the customer service team; they created a joyful atmosphere throughout the entire trip! However, I also have some suggestions regarding quality and price: Considering the price, it would be better to depart earlier, allowing more time for snorkeling, especially at other locations. For this price, it would be ideal if a visit to the Phi Phi Island lagoon could be included in the tour price and offered to all travelers, rather than as an additional charge. The time spent on each island was very short, especially at Banyan Tree, which seemed like a place worth exploring in depth. Even so, thank you for this trip. I would be happy to choose you again in the future for other island trips.

From the hotel pickup to the end of the tour, it was very well organized and we had a great time. Everyone from the driver to the guides was very kind. I would definitely like to participate again!

Jun and his team did an outstanding job. They immediately knew the names of all 47 passengers, addressed everyone directly, and consistently checked if everything was alright. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Overall a superb, professional experience from start to finish, with stunning scenery and fun activities. Our hotel pick-up was 30 minutes late, but customer support reassured us the van was on the way, so it was not a big deal. At the pier we were greeted immediately by our guide, who handled the insurance paperwork, gave us group wristbands, and directed us to the assembly point with a breakfast buffet. Do not expect a huge food selection. There is also a small shop selling beach shoes and waterproof phone cases, which we recommend bringing or buying. Boat comfort depends on the weather, and it can get very bumpy, but they offer seasickness pills at the pier (they make you drowsy, so don’t take them if you already are very tired). It can be hard to understand the guides at times, though they repeat instructions several times. Lunch on Phi Phi Don met expectations and was a very interesting location. We snorkeled at two locations, and both were definite highlights of the trip.
