Bangkok Speakeasy Hidden Bar Tour

These four Bangkok bars are all great~ But if the tour guide can arrive at the hotel more on time, it will make the overall event more perfect. Thank you Klook customer service for always assisting online

this tour is a good idea especially if you dont have time to do a research before you go to bangkok. it's also a good idea if you are really lazy to make a reservation and hail the cab from bar to bar. the tour have chosen a perfect combination of hidden bar in bangkok. Nora, our guide, is such a good companion in this trip. well, actually, I give 4 stars mostly because she is super friendly and really did her best effor to entertain us (although she is not a dedicated tour guide - this tour is very new and her company was lacked of tour guide) in term of "hidden bar tour", there are still plenty room of improvement: 1. our "private vehicle" is taxi (and it's not stand by for us, so we need to hail the new ones almost everytime we change the bar). it's not a problem if the tour company give us a clear information in the tour description. since it is written "private vehicle", i have already imagined it will be a private car or fully standby vehicle. 2. it's a bar tour, so you need to know the history of the bar and thei specialty. Nora gave us her recommendation. her recommendations are really good but (again) it's a bar tour. she need to know more about the bar and its signature drink. tell us the history. tell us the ingredients. 3. in our second stop, we almost didnt get any chair, because it's so crowded. she didnt make any reservation. luckily the night is still early, there are some empty chair in the bar. it's a bar tour, she should reserve some space for us, otherwise we can go there for ourselves. 4. the itinerary was anticlimax. 3 of us agree that the 3rd bar is our most favourite and the 4th bar is our least favourite. i, myself, even can't categorize the 4th bar as a hidden bar. i think they should put the 4th bar as the first stop, the 1st bar as the 2nd stop, the 2nd bar as the 3rd, and our 3rd bar (PLAYROOM) as the climax (last stop). to conclude my review, Nora is a good companion but this tour has a lot of things to be improved. pro tips: you can go directly to Playroom by yourself. The bar has good cocktail, friendly bartender, and excellent singer. most of the bar operator can speak english very well so you can do it by yourself.
