- Refund & Transfer Policy: All tickets are strictly non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and non‑resalable under normal circumstances. Refunds are only applicable under extreme force majeure events.
- Entry Requirements: One ticket per person. A valid e‑ticket / redemption voucher along with a valid photo ID matching the ticket information must be presented upon entry. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in denial of entry. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
- Special Cancellation Terms: Full refunds may be requested only if the organizer officially announces a complete cancellation, a postponement exceeding 30 days, or if the event cannot take place due to extreme weather (torrential rain, typhoons) or government bans. Refund applications must be submitted within 7 working days following the official announcement; late requests will not be accepted.
- Anti‑Scalping: Any unauthorized resale or scalping of tickets, once verified, will result in immediate ticket invalidation. The holder will be barred from entry with no refund.
