Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?
Both pick-up and drop-off locations are Taitung City / Taitung Railway Station.
What are the service hours? Is there a night service fee?
Service hours are from 07:00 to 22:00. If the car usage time exceeds 22:00, an additional NT$1,000 night service period fee will be charged.

Additional information
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- Different accessibility is provided for locations, please refer to the locations website before the visit
Surcharge table
- Please pay the surcharge to the driver in cash on the same day.
- Please note that if overtime is incurred due to factors such as traffic control or congestion, an overtime fee will be charged.
- The maximum daily mileage is 150 km; if the total mileage exceeds 1-20 km, an additional TWD300 will be charged; if the total mileage exceeds 20-40 km, an additional TWD600 will be charged.
- 5-seater car: TWD300 / 30 minutes
- 9-seater car: TWD350 / 30 minutes
- Child seat/child booster seat: Additional purchase price TWD 200/each. Please inform us in advance and pay on-site (a 5-seater car can only accommodate 1 child safety seat; if you need 2 child safety seats, please book a 9-seater car).
- Night surcharge: If the chartered car exceeds 22:00, an on-site payment of TWD 1,000 is required.
