Head out for exciting day of exploration in this guided tour of Taitung’s East Rift Valley! This picturesque valley, which extends from Hualien to Taitung, is surrounded by majestic mountains and conceals a host of aboriginal cultures and natural landscapes. From your hotel, your morning or afternoon adventure begins at Longtian Village where your friendly local guide will share valuable information about the history of the area during the Japanese colonial full stop. You will then go for a trek up Luye Tea Hill for a scenic view of vast plantations growing Taiwan’s high quality teas. Before returning to your hotel, you'll stop by Banjo ice cream shop where you can cool off and enjoy cold desserts like the shop’s signature pineapple sakya popsicle.

Today's driver and guide, Brother Luo, was excellent. He introduced many local-only attractions and stories along the way. Even though the weather wasn't great and it was raining, he offered an alternative since we couldn't ride bikes. He asked if we wanted coffee and took us to a great coffee shop that locals recommend. 👍

A very fulfilling journey. The guide driver Mr. Liu introduced a very humorous and very careful. It is really great to understand the history, culture and evolution of many Taitung. Going for a bike ride in the afternoon, seeing many Taitung beauty, Taitung Rift Valley Tea Garden ~ Later, I went to eat Turtle Dove's Luoshenhua Ice and Pineapple Ice, and drank Taitung's specialty honey black tea and green tea. It was a special taste ~ It was a wonderful half-day tour experience!
The director, Mr. Chen, is friendly and talkative, and he knows all things in Taitung very well. Hearing many interesting stories is a pleasant trip.
It is worth recommending ~ two people can charter a car ~ the car space is super comfortable - not to be missed
The itinerary is appropriate, not too compact, and you can relax and enjoy the meaning of travel.
The tour guide explained in detail, the scenery is pleasant, and the ice cream is delicious. You can also see the fruiting scenery of Roselle along the way in Longtian Village, which is very special
The day before the trip, we will remind you of the travel time and precautions for the next day. The guide who was late that day was also very patient, and explained in detail along the way! There was some drizzle in the itinerary, but the attractions can't ruin the interest!
