• The guide service time is limited to 10 hours. If the service time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won will be charged per hour.
• Service time is calculated from the hotel departure time to the hotel return time. If overtime is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour.
• If tourists request to travel to areas outside of Seoul (limited to Gyeonggi-do and Incheon areas), an additional service fee of 150,000 Korean Won will be charged per vehicle.
• Please confirm the day's itinerary and the order of attractions in advance. If you need to temporarily add attractions or change the route, please communicate with your driver-guide in advance.
• Expenses such as scenic area parking fees and highway tolls need to be borne by the guest. The driver-guide can pay on behalf of the guest and settle the payment with the guest based on the receipt.
• Delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic congestion, severe weather, or road control are not within the scope of the driver's responsibility.
• Please take good care of your personal valuables; we are not responsible for any loss.
• Smoking and eating are prohibited inside the vehicle.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
