All tours are prepared as scheduled regardless of the forecast. Final decisions are based on real-time weather at the departure time.

• Tour proceeds if no rain or less than 3mm at departure time. (Rain ponchos provided)
• Canceled with full refund if 3mm+ rainfall at departure time
• If it starts raining during the tour:
• Guests may be guided to shelter, and we’ll decide whether to continue or return (no refund if returning mid-tour)
• In case of extreme rain (emergency alert level), the tour ends immediately with a full refund
• Decisions may be made on-site with no prior notice
• If canceled due to weather, we will issue a full refund
• If you cancel by choice, check your booking platform’s free cancellation window. No refund after that.
• No refund if you skip boarding on the day of the tour while it’s operating
• 🚫 Alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the tour. Guests under the influence may be denied boarding or asked to leave—no refund provided.
• We measure height on-site.
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete safety preparations. Late arrivals may not be allowed to board, and refunds will not be provided
