The location and time were confusing. I visited on a public holiday, so there were many people from different countries. Although the departure was at 7:30, it seems best to arrive about an hour and a half early to queue up if you want to secure a preferred seat. You can get off at Gwanghwamun Station or City Hall Station and board at the Koreana Hotel. The driver was very attentive, checking on each person and providing explanations along the way, which made the ride enjoyable and saved us from walking. We had about 30 minutes of free time at Namsan Tower, which was a bit tight, but since I've been to Namsan often, it was fine. It rained a little, but it stopped by the time we boarded the bus, so we enjoyed the cool breeze and had a pleasant time.

The ticket office is at Gwanghwamun Exit 6 and goes straight ahead. You can see it after passing the police station. There is a Starbucks opposite the ticket office. good tour, with multiple languages.. easy to redeem. took the subway to get to the tour meet up spot. buses were covered, mostly due to the cold weather. pro tip: sit on the right side for views of the river. you’ll also get 30 mins at Seoul tower. be mindful of time as they’ll leave right at that time mark. overall, good experience.

it was a leisurely drive going around han river. was able to have a great view of the different han river bridgers and there was also a short stop over at Namsan tower. defenitely recommended.

The ticket can be redeemed in seoul city tour bus booth, from gwanghamun exit 6, walk straight past the police station. It was raining though during the tour so the bus is not open top.

seoul is beautiful at night. would recommend to take this tour earlier during your trip when you are not familiar woth the city enough. the tour was informative and bus was comfortable.

the best!! eventhough in not the right window hehehe.. but smooth transaction with the ticket office and got to sleep in the bus hehehe.. nice experience and good bus!!!
