It was a really smooth transaction. We had a problem with the hotel that I booked originally so the package was left in the first hotel but it was just a 3-minute walk from our 2nd hotel so I got it from there. The connection wasn’t bad for a 3G and we used it each time we started exploring and sharing our travels and eats. I left the pocket wifi & charger in the envelope provided for in the second hotel when we checked out and Klook emailed me straight away the they were able to pick it up. I wish to use the same service next time. My mom and dad had a good time because Good job!

The klook wifi router was so reliable, the internet signal was strong everywhere while the battery lasted long enough. Four were able to connect to the router with no issues in connectivity. I always book a wifi router with Klook every time I travel since it helps make my trip enjoyable and stress-free.

I don't normally travel with WiFi but WiFi in Hanoi is extremely useful. I used it in conjunction with a Map app to navigate the confusing streets of Old Quarters in Hanoi. The WiFi dongle (pocket WiFi) was conveniently delivered to the designated hotel to be picked up from the hotel's front desk. Returning it was just as easy as it had only be returned to the hotel's front desk. Connection was stable and fast while mobile data was unlimited. Pro tip: Bring your own powerbank to charge the WiFi dongle as the battery can last for only a few hours with continuous usage. Overall, this deal for the WiFi dongle is reasonable, convenient, and recommended. Use with confidence.
Highly recommended to have a fast wifi or internet connection especially when travelling with a group. Upon our hotel check-in, the router was already there. Internet connection was fast and reliable. Will definitely book this one again. This is very helpful. It has a very reasonable rate.
