Blue Mountain Sunset & Stargazing tour with Featherdale Zoo

It was a wonderful trip with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. The animals at the wildlife park were absolutely adorable! Even though the weather wasn't ideal, our guide did his best to ensure we still had an enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended!.

I don’t speak Korean but the guide, Kelvin, was so friendly and sent all of the necessary information through WhatsApp. The tour was very punctual and the seats were fairly comfortable. This experience was well worth the money since we got to go to the zoo (price included in the ticket) and get driven around to Leura mall, Echo Point lookout, a sunset spot, and Katoomba for dinner. Sadly, it was super cloudy today so we didn’t get to do stargazing but I’m still really glad my partner and I joined this tour. The timing of everything was just right. Also, even though I don’t speak Korean, I was thoroughly impressed by Kelvin’s energy the entire day. He was so smiley and friendly every moment of the day, gave hours worth of Korean commentary as he drove, and did his best to make sure we had a good time. I need his work ethic and resilience, haha.

Today was a truly fulfilling day, from the sunset tour to Featherdale Wildlife Park, the Blue Mountains, and finally, the stargazing tour! 😊 The star photos taken by guide Cha Kyung-seop at night turned out so beautifully that they will surely be one of the most memorable moments of my trip. He took the time to carefully photograph each person and provided excellent explanations, making the tour comfortable and enjoyable. It was a truly satisfying tour, allowing me to experience the magnificent scenery of the Blue Mountains, a beautiful sunset, and finally, the starlit sky, all in one day. Thank you, guide Cha Kyung-seop, for leaving us with wonderful memories and beautiful photos! ✨

The Zigzag Tour with Guide Kim Tae-young was such a fulfilling and wonderful day! While driving, he explained each tour point so smoothly and calmly that I initially thought there was a separate driver and the guide was just standing with a microphone, haha! (Even from the very back seat, I could hear all the explanations clearly, and he focused on the key points, which was great.) We went to Featherdale Wildlife Park in the afternoon, so many animals were napping, but after walking around for an hour, we eventually saw and took photos with awake kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, quokkas, wombats, and sheep! They were all so adorable. We walked a trekking course for about 30 minutes from Three Sisters to Echo Point, but it was more like a walking path, so it was fine even in casual shoes. It was quite windy, so definitely bring a hat and scarf! We also got to see the sunset at Sunset Point, and it was absolutely, incredibly beautiful! The wind was blowing very strongly, making it a bit difficult to take photos, but the guide managed to capture some amazing shots for us with just one try 🌅. Just when we were getting hungry, we went to Old City Bank Bar in Katoomba town and had fish and chips and kangaroo skewers. The menu and atmosphere were very Australian, and the food was delicious, so I highly recommend this restaurant! Finally, the reason I booked the tour and what I was most looking forward to: stargazing! In conclusion, it was fantastic 🥹🫶. As soon as we got out of the car, stars poured down from the sky, and following the guide's explanations, we enjoyed interesting sights like the Milky Way, the Southern Cross, and the differences between the stars on the Australian and New Zealand flags. The guide even took photos of each team with his iPhone 17 Pro! The results were simply beyond satisfying, haha. Thanks to that, I was able to put my phone down afterward and take it all in with my own eyes. For a tour like this, meeting a good guide is a blessing, and thanks to Guide Kim Tae-young's concise guidance and excellent timing in getting to and leaving each point before it got crowded, my first tour in Sydney was a complete success with no regrets. If you want to visit a zoo and also see the stars, you won't regret taking the Zigzag Tour! 🦘🐨🌅✨🥂

This was the best tour! It was the most satisfying part of my trip to Sydney. The guide was full of humor and made the atmosphere so enjoyable that even the travel time wasn't boring at all. The itinerary was perfectly planned, including the zoo, Blue Mountains, a beautiful sunset spot, and a stargazing course, making the day incredibly fulfilling. What impressed me most was how meticulously the guide took care of every guest. They took great care in taking photos for us and continuously checked if we were comfortable during transit. Even when unexpected situations arose, they calmly provided immediate alternatives, allowing us to enjoy the trip with peace of mind until the very end. I'm truly grateful that this wasn't just a tour visiting attractions, but one where they thoughtfully ensured we could travel comfortably and happily all day long. I confidently recommend this tour to anyone considering a Blue Mountains tour. Thanks to this, I had an unforgettable and wonderful day in Sydney. I was 100% satisfied, and if I visit Sydney again, I would definitely want to take this tour again!

The Blue Mountains tour with guide Kelvin was absolutely wonderful! It wasn't just a tour where we went from place to place; Kelvin explained the history and deeper meanings, and I learned so many new things, which made it even more informative. It was also clear that Kelvin genuinely loves his job and is truly passionate about this tour. He showed us so many great things and shared so much knowledge, which we really appreciated! If I have another chance to tour with Kelvin, I would definitely do it again! (100% sincere) Thank you for leading such a great tour!☺️

This tour is worth it. We went to multiple spots but I did not feel tired at all after tour because the van is so comfortable. Featherdale Wildlife Park was so charming and the kangaroos were so friendly. Leura was so comforting paired with Josophan’s Ice Cream. Echo Point Lookout was breathtaking. We failed to go to Lincoln’s Rock because it was closed, but Joon, our tour guide, suggested a lookout; it did not disappoint. It was the most breathtaking view. We then went to Katoomba for dinner and it literally is a town in the clouds. The cherry on top was the stargazing spot. Though it was cloudy for the most part, there were moments where the stars were visible. I had an amazing time even though I am the only non-korean speaking member of the tour. Joon sent me essential information about the tour through Whatsapp. He was a gem. I will be recommending this tour to my friends who will visit Sydney soon.

I took a tour with Kelvin Sung! I couldn't find any other platform that offered such a cost-effective and comprehensive tour. I actually wanted to do Scenic World (cable car, etc.) and also see the stars, but I couldn't find any tour that did both! Still, I wanted to see the stars more, so I booked the star tour. Also, other platforms only allow schedule changes up to 3 days before the tour, but this one stated that changes were possible any time before the tour. So, I purchased it here in case the weather was bad. Despite that, I was anxious because the weather forecast showed rain starting a week before my flight... but today, July 3rd!! I was able to quietly enjoy the best night sky and Milky Way! It seemed like the tour had about 15 people, and Kelvin Sung, our tour guide, had such a great voice, and his passion for the tour was incredibly strong! When there were many people, he proactively and immediately adjusted the tour schedule to best suit the guests; he was completely professional! I once took a similar mountain tour in Germany, and that guide just showed us the scenery, and that was it, plus he smelled a bit like cigarettes... but this tour's vehicle was really clean, and the guide was so kind and cheerful!! He talked a lot in the car, but I actually liked it! His stories were all profound, and he spoke so well!!! He truly managed to drive and talk simultaneously so skillfully, it was amazing. If it were me, I would definitely say I want a tour with Kelvin Sung and book it! The guide was more passionate than any other tour guide. Furthermore, he mentioned that it's hard to see a perfect Milky Way on a star tour because it requires good skies and luck, but it was wonderful to be able to see it with my mom today! If you want a tour guide who proactively plans the itinerary to avoid crowds so you can enjoy it privately, and who is bright and friendly, then definitely book with Kelvin Sung!

The Blue Mountains tour started right on time and was very comfortable from beginning to end. Our guide , Kelvin sung was excellent—he spoke clearly in English, explained the itinerary in detail, and made sure everyone understood the plan. We were also lucky with the weather, which allowed us to see the stars clearly. The guide even helped us take beautiful photos of the stunning scenery. I highly recommend this tour! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Left the meeting point at 12:00 and arrived at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park around 12:35, staying until 1:50. Loved koala Ash, he briefly looked at me during a photo before falling asleep again. The Korean-speaking tour guide Jin was attentive, and I used live translation without issues. He clearly explained timings and was considerate since I was a solo non-Korean traveler in a group of 10+ people. He also patiently helped take photos, especially during stargazing. The Blue Mountains were beautiful, with a rainbow nearby. At Boars Head, I experienced both rain and sunset together. The stargazing spot was the highlight and truly unforgettable. I met another solo Korean traveler and had dinner together at the street food stop. Overall, it was a well-paced afternoon-to-evening tour with great highlights. Recommended even for solo non-Korean travelers comfortable joining a Korean-speaking tour.
