Event Introduction
Awarded the “Suitable Children’s Television Program” badge by the National Communications Commission (NCC) for ages 2-6. The super popular Korean animated character “POLI Robocar Rescue Team” is now on display at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Tainan Zhongshan Store.
The exhibition area is divided into three zones, inviting children to find fun through immersive games and interactive experiences, guiding them to develop active exploration and thinking skills, and making knowledge more active and interesting.

Ticket Information
- Full price tickets, child tickets, and concession tickets are based on the age on the day of play.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or above for the entire entry.
- To purchase concession tickets, relevant documentation must be provided, and tickets are only available for purchase on-site. People with disabilities must present a disability certificate, pregnant women must present a maternal health handbook, and elderly people must present an identity card.
- People with disabilities must have a companion, limited to one adult over the age of 18 who can enjoy the concession ticket together.
- After the ticket purchaser / designated user enters the venue, staff will assist with stamping the hand. Tickets may not be given to others for continued use, nor can they be rotated in and out.
Good to know
- Anyone holding an electronic ticket or electronic serial number must go to the on-site ticket office to cancel the ticket; no refunds will be accepted for cancelled electronic tickets and electronic serial numbers.
- Each ticket can only be used on the same day, and you can re-enter the venue on the same day with the stamp at the exit.
- Please keep the ticket properly. If it is lost, damaged or expired, it will not be reissued or replaced.
- The ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until 2025/11/16), and it will be deemed invalid after the expiration. If you need to refund the ticket, please go to the original ticket purchase channel to complete the process before the closing of the exhibition on 2025/11/16. After the deadline, it will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund regulations of the original ticket purchase channel for the refund process.
- The exhibition site only accepts refunds for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth, and you must submit complete unused tickets, invoices, credit card receipts, etc.
- If there are any changes to the exhibition hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan page announcement. If there are any issues not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
Notes
- The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue in accordance with the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly.
- There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please use the toilet outside the exhibition venue before entering the venue.
- Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any prohibited items and other dangerous items determined by the staff into the venue.
- It is prohibited to slap or touch exhibits and display cabinets in the exhibition venue. If there is damage to exhibits and related settings of the exhibition venue, compensation must be paid according to the price.
- Please follow the relevant regulations and instructions of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions and do not intend to improve after being advised, and cause injuries, damages, losses and other disputes, the organizer will not be responsible for any related responsibilities, and the organizer has the right to ask you to leave the venue without returning or compensating the ticket fee.
- There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
- If there are any changes in the exhibition business hours and regulations, please follow the announcement on site or the official fan group. If there are any matters not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Although each area is not big, there are staff to maintain order and clear the queues, which is a great experience! The air cushion area is also very good. Parents cannot go in to play with their children, but they can watch the surveillance at the entrance and see their children playing. Parents can rest on the cushions next to them. It's very good! I hope this Boli exhibition can be held again! A small suggestion: the price of T-shirts in the peripheral merchandise area is a bit high, which leads to many parents not buying them.
The kids really love these Rescue Heroes. One ticket lets you play all day, and we just ate lunch downstairs, which was great! We really enjoyed it! Could you maybe do one of these in Northern Taiwan next time?😆

The Tainan location is small, with a Poli and Amber meet-and-greet at fixed times. Inside, there are toy cars, a ball pit, bowling, soccer, an inflatable bouncer, etc. The recommended visit time is about an hour. The park's stamp collection event prize is an A4 folder. Parking can be discounted for a maximum of two hours.
The exhibition space is well arranged. There are safety instructions for children everywhere. They can play in the ball pool, bowling, football, big slides, electric cars, and meet-and-greet sessions. It's very exciting.
Pretty good for a first-time experience. I think the price is reasonable, and the kids had a blast. Worth the money spent, and there was no time limit.

It is quite suitable for bringing children to release their energy. There are screen interactive games such as playing football, driving electric cars, ball pools, and two large inflatable castle games.
The fact that there is air conditioning alone is worth a big reward. It is a blessing for adults and children in the hot summer. The service of the staff is also very good.
It is a great place for children to let off steam. They can enjoy the rides, take photos with Roy and Anbao, and have a blast!
