The Marine Museum is divided into four exhibition halls: Taiwan Waters Pavilion, Coral Kingdom Pavilion, World Waters Pavilion and Whale Classic Pavilion, and special exhibition areas regularly hold special exhibitions.

In response to influenza prevention measures and bio-safety considerations, and to avoid the spread of common human and animal diseases, white whale feeding commentary activities have been closed. In order to avoid causing interference to marine life and affecting the quality of visitors' visits, please avoid using flashing lights before displaying live organisms.

There are two restaurants in the museum. They provide ocean-flavored set menus and fast-fried chicken fast food meals for the seafood restaurant at the exit of the Coral Kingdom Pavilion. There is another Chinese cuisine restaurant with beautiful sea views beside the service counter of the World Waters Pavilion. Provide set meal, in addition to meat dishes, vegetarian meals are also available for choice.
