If anyone really likes Doraemon and wants to see the hand-drawn image on paper (a replica of the real thing), you must come. We came on a weekday at noon and walked around alone, like we booked the whole trip. It took about 45 minutes, reading every sign and taking pictures from almost every angle. The entrance fee is 590 baht, which may feel a bit expensive compared to the time spent walking around, but we got a souvenir acrylic pin, which cost quite a bit. But overall, it was okay.
luckily it was extended until 20 july and i had change to visit it. redemption ticket is fast and easy. have staff help you take photo if you are alone and they are friendly. can get a blindbox badge included and i get the design i love. whole exhibition is not big, you can spend half to 1 hour.
It was a really lovely event. We got to take pictures with Doraemon in various moods, watched a really fun special anime, and went on a weekday evening with fewer people. The staff took great care of us. I went alone and thought I wouldn’t have any pictures with Doraemon. But then again, there were pictures from every corner. But I’ll only post pictures from the exhibition so you can see him fully. I really liked the teacher’s desk. The replica made it look real. This is the source of imagination. Now, many of Doraemon’s magical items have come true. The only thing left is the magic door, which I want to see the most. ^_^ If you haven’t gone yet, hurry up and go. You’ll really enjoy it.
It’s easy to redeem just scanning QR code at the entrance. We can access the area 10 minutes before the booking time. Doraemon figures are really cute, coming from almost movies. If you come in weekdays afternoon, there will be a few people, making it easy for taking a photo.
This zone is good, it has complete history, many cute monsters, walk around happily, the air is cool, different from the riverside, lol. There is a strict rule that you cannot go back to any room you enter. I don’t know why Japan Museum is not like this, you can walk around and look all day. It’s not that crowded. The souvenir zone in front is out of stock, and we don’t know when it will be back in stock. But it’s good, it saves us from having to spend money 😂 but it still cost several thousand. The bags for the souvenirs didn’t have any monster designs, they were just white bags with nothing memorable. The items were secretly very expensive, so expensive that I was shocked that they’re not this expensive in Japan, and they came in cute monster bags. As for the cafe zone, the ice cream was delicious, Hokkaido milk flavor, but not wow. The taste was normal. The water was normal, like your typical sparkling. The Blue Hawaii from a roadside shop was only 40 baht. The cake depends on your preference, but I personally recommend not buying it (I’ve warned you, lol). It’s not delicious at all compared to the dry, rough price. It’s very expensive. But if you want to try, go for it. We bought a set of cake, water, and a separate scoop of ice cream for a total of 500 baht. The containers were thin, disposable plastic cups with monster paper on them. At this price, they should make reusable cups so that they can be collected. This job is a real profit for Mon lovers. If you love Mon, you're willing to lose. 😅
If you are a Doraemon lover, it is very good. But it is very hot, bring an umbrella, everyone. How could you think of holding it now instead of at the beginning of the year when the weather is cold at the end of the year? 😅 I saw many people walking around for a while and then had to leave because it was very hot. There should be small bottles of water given out. It was so hot when I went to take pictures, but there were so many Doraemons and they were all so cute.
I grew up with Doraemon and friends. This exhibition made me feel nostalgia. In the gallery have lots of many Doraemon version. They have cafe and merchandises which are limited edition in Thailand only. I’s say “You shouldn’t be thoughful if you’re fan of.” ☺️
It is an outdoor waterside show with the most Doraemon characters I have ever seen. You will enjoy various characters of Doraemon and his friends. The reservation is very convenient. Press to pay and you will get a QR code to enter the event immediately.
Personally, I went towards the end of the event (before the promotion of 2 for 1 was extended), so there weren't many people. I spent a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes at the event. This will help you make your decision.
Enjoy watching and taking pictures with your family. The cartoon characters have a variety of poses, presented both outdoors and indoors. Children will have fun and gain experience. It is a cartoon character that has captured the hearts of both adults and children throughout the ages.
