I got an old vellfire car. The car so small and the interior is dirty. The driver was not wearing any suit, like overall driver in tokyo. The car is old, and smell unpleasant. The driver pick up the phone and eating while driving. He make us uncomfortable and dizzy with the way how he drive the car. Meanwhile the driver is so kind, good in english and flexible with our itinerary.

we had a set itinerary but the driver didnt follow and picked destination randomly, in the end we only saw 3 places out of 6 places we picked. we returned to our hotel one hour early because the driver said the time we had left wasn’t enough to visit another stop as it’s out of the way. Furthermore, due to the rain we experienced on the day the car we were in were uncomfortable and inconvenience. we were expecting a Toyota Alphard but was picked up in a Honda odyssey, and was told that’s what we get because we booked it within 24hrs. We did not have a good experience.
