We had a good trip. Driver arrive few minutes earlier and we managed to load our 3 luggage bags. We added an additional stop location and that's not a problem as it's almost at the end of the 10 hours booking.
We booked a private driver from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it was an excellent experience. He picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the train station right on time. The driver was polite, professional, and spoke English very well, which made everything so much easier for us. It was our first time in Japan—my husband, my 9-year-old daughter, and I—and we truly appreciated the safety, comfort, and great service throughout the day. Best decision to book this! The tourguide and driver messaged me a day before with instructions and reminders. We really appreciated this. They arrived earlier than expected and oriented us on what will happen with our chosen itnerary. We love how we were well taken care of and felt safe.
