Exquisite luxury hotel! Pay for the upgraded room and get access to the Executive Lounge! They offer excellent service, delicious breakfast, mid day snacks, and drinks. The hotel is spotless- so clean, refined, and a joy to stay at! It's also within walking distance (right across the street, like 25 feet) to a 7/11 if you need access to an international ATM or to have eplus/pia tickets printed.

we have everything we need inside our room including iron with iron board. Utensils are complete too and they also provided a cute toothbrush and slippers for my kid.

Came when their system was down, but they were able to give us a room after waiting for less than 30 minutes. Room and bathroom space was good and the free amenities were great!

The hotel is accessible via train. It has convenient stores nearby. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is also very spacious. The great feature of the hotel is that it has a programme on the TV showing which washing machine was available for use. We can also check the time left on the washing machine via the TV.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was big for Japan standards. Staff were able to speak english so no issues there
Location was great too, in the middle of 2 stations and just slightly away from the main places of attraction so it was near enough but not too noisy.
