very clean hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff

wonderful hotel with spa and sauna. staff is nice and helpful. good location which is surrounded by shops and restaurants - such as mos burger, sushi, and ramen.

Excellent customer service. Close to public transport. Spacious moderate twin room. Amenities/ essential toiletries provided smell so nice. Breakfast was buffet japanese food with desserts. Very clean room and sleepwear provided. Will definitely come back.

The hotel had lots of great things: good location, amazingly nice and helpful staff, declious breakfast, and wonderful spa. My room though wasn’t very clean which was a bit surprising considering how immaculately clean all the other Japanese hotels have been. There were bread crumbs all over the seats in the room and lots of dust everywhere ( had to wipe down everything). Felt like the room hadn’t been in use for awhile. Also, the bathroom layout was a bit strange. Not sure if I would choose this hotel again.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. Ideal location. a quiet, a very well appointed hotel that was a welcome break from the many wonderful busy and interesting sightseeing opportunities in Osaka. Very satisfying breakfast and quality public bath.

Great location near the Umeda station. Exit via Whity exit 10! Lots of nearby restaurants and establishments. There’s a Lawson across the hotel for late night needs. There’s some complimentary facial masks and room fragrances at the lobby. Also, lobby is at the fourth floor but it’s no issue. Too bad the double room does not have a bathtub. The shower is separate from the toilet though so great for simultaneous bathroom activities. They replenish the toiletries and water bottles daily. They also provide pajamas and a humidifier which is a must, esp. in winter. Didn’t get to try the spa or the breakfast though.

top notch service and near to Umeda station. Love the hot stone and public bath has individual tub. Bed is comfortable and clean.

Great location. 5 min walk to the station and shopping malls. Super friendly and helpful staff. The public SPA is awesome. Facilities are nice and clean. recommend!

hotel is located 3mins walk away from Osaka main station(which also connects to Umeda Osaka Station) but there isn’t any front porch for vehicles to enter as it’s located in a walkway that leads to LOADS of Izakayas(which isn’t very friendly to tourists, be prepared to be charged headcount tax and there’s a minimum order for tourists ONLY). taxi alighted us on the main road and we walked in with our luggage to reach the hotel. Hotel provides free spa for all guests, great for business travellers and families without young kids(because who’s gonna look after the kids). hotel room is clean but they don’t have any rooms suitable for family of 4 so we booked 2 rooms and they don’t have connecting rooms too(again, not suitable for families with young children). smoking room is located on level 4 which is also the hotel lobby. provide free bottled water, free skin care sachets, free coffee sachets and free tea sachets. Pyjamas and slippers are provided so there’s no need to bring any sleepwear. Lawson is just located opposite, and 7-11 is located 4mins away. buffet breakfast was mediocre but coffee was so good and they give you takeaway cups for coffee. buffet closes ON TIME so you aren’t allow to sit in the restaurant after they close. We emailed in for early check in and was allowed early check in at a small fee and late check out at a small fee. do email in early otherwise you’ll be stuck in the lobby waiting for the standard 3pm check in. There are loads of shopping areas located near this hotel and Hep Five Ferris Wheel is within walking distance. this will be a great hotel to stay in even if you just came with min clothings as shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash are provided and there is also a coined washing machine located on different levels but it’s always full in the evening.

It's located in a good site, you can very easy to get there. Also it's has so many restaurants over there, you won't get hungry over there.
