The hair wash was very relaxing - I booked this together with a massage and so just stayed in the same room with the same masseuse - no need to change rooms.
Massage was really good - the masseuse was attentive and gave just the right amount of pressure. The room was clean and fragrance free.
The massage techniques are good, but the environment is fairly average. They could improve the facilities to achieve better results. It's worth trying for the techniques!

Really great experience! The place was clean, new, and bright. The masseuse I had was professional and polite. This is the only place in Saigon where I had a full body massage where the masseuse really concentrated on my arms and legs (in addition to back/shoulders), along with the palms of my hands and soles of my feet - a lot of places just go over them lightly or skip them - I felt this masseuse really knew what she was doing. The massage also included a scalp massage which was really relaxing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place - no smelly towels, no mosquitoes, the bathroom was modern and clean. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful.
