This was a tremendous experience! Our guide Ben is super nice and knowledgeable. He provided us with interesting information of Melbourne and the animals (in particularly the Little Penguins). He also managed the time very well so that we could have sufficient time to enjoy the views and watch animals and also to have dinner etc. I will highly recommend this tour and thank you Ben for providing a wonderful experience!

The penguin parade is definitely worth seeing, they're super cute! This is a half-day tour organized by Go West, a well-known local Melbourne travel agency. It departs in the afternoon and focuses solely on Phillip Island, making it a very relaxed small group tour. Our driver and guide, Christ, was friendly and humorous. Along the way, we saw various wildlife on the island, such as wallabies and Cape Barren geese, freely roaming the grasslands. This is an English-speaking tour (mostly everyday English, not difficult), highly recommended for travelers who don't want to drive themselves and prefer to avoid crowded Chinese-speaking tours.

Excellent experience. You can't take photos at the Penguin Parade, but you can download them from the official website. The coast before sunset was also breathtaking.

The trip arrangement is very nice, we had seen cute wild animals like gray geese, swamp wallah, the little penguins are just amazing, we were so close to them. The guide Chloe is very professional and her introduction helped us know about the history of Melbourne.
The tour guide was friendly and funny, pointing out animals along the way. The penguin parade is upgradeable for an extra fee, allowing you to see the penguins running around up close, which is very interesting.
