• The rider's weight must be under 187 Ibs (87 kg). The tour is nonrefundable for over weight riders
• Infants (under 3 years old) are free of charge if they sit with parents and the total weight is less than 65 kg
• Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advanced riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
• If you arrive late, the duration of your ride may be reduced so the next group will not be delayed
• If the tour is canceled, the activity provider will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund
