We booked a departure for 10:30 AM. Thirteen hours before departure, they emailed us to say there was no Chinese-speaking driver (I would have been fine with English), but since we were out sightseeing at the time, naturally no one could respond immediately. Five hours later, almost in the middle of the night, they sent another email stating they couldn't arrange the trip and we would have to reschedule. This was clearly being stood up. Our group of eight was completely dumbfounded on the spot.
