For soup bases: There is no extra charge for selecting Kombu (kelp) broth or Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. Other flavors will incur an additional fee. Additionally, you can upgrade to a "Yuan-yang" (half-and-half) pot free of charge. For side dishes: Each person receives one complimentary side dish, based on the number of people in the set meal. There is no extra charge for choosing Koshihikari rice, instant noodles, or vermicelli as your main staple. An additional fee will apply if you select other items.
The set meal features an incredibly rich and luxurious array of ingredients, all beautifully arranged on the table, creating a visually stunning and Instagram-worthy spread! For the main lobster, you can choose between steaming or enjoying it with a hot pot.
Shenhong Shantou Hot Pot offers live seafood steamed to perfection, plump milk clams, and rich fish maw chicken soup. The short rib and salmon roe rice is a must-try. It's ideal for group dining at a mid-to-high price point.

The food is fresh and delicious, and the soup is delicious. Parking nearby is convenient and you can buy coupons with Klook. It is also very cost-effective and a good choice for dinner parties!
