British Museum & National Gallery Audio Guide Chinese & English

I ordered an audio guide for the British Museum and the National Gallery on April 13. When I purchased it online, Klook sent me a letter saying that my order had been placed and that I would receive an email six hours later with the link to the audio guide I purchased. I could listen to it after 00:00 on April 14 and it would be valid forever. But after 6 hours, I didn't receive the email. On the morning of April 14, I informed the customer service online on the Klook website. Several customer service representatives helped me check the relay race. In the afternoon, I finally received an email telling me that the manufacturer said they had sent me the link and gave me a fuzzy link sample, but because it was a photo, not a real link, it was still unusable. I told the customer service about this this morning on April 15th. Another customer service was kind enough to help me check, but they still sent me the vague link. I contacted Klook for a long time, and it is already noon, and still no correct link has been sent. I have limited time to visit London, but I completely wasted it yesterday and today on this matter, and I am so angry. I really hope that I can listen to the audio guide I bought earlier, otherwise I will spend my money in vain and get so angry. I really don’t know why Klook is a big company in theory, and the customer service seems very enthusiastic, but after all this time, how can it be like this? ! Or, I even suspect that Klook is a scam company? ! I really hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible, otherwise my trip to London would be in vain. ? ? ! ! !

🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂Don’t buy it at a high price. The official one is only 4.99 pounds and it’s not refundable. This one doesn’t seem to be official and has very little content.

it is cool, you can pre download the audio guide and keep replay before visit the museum. you can get the link quickly and it is quite fast and easy than what I expected. only things the audios is not all but more to selected on few main one.
