Check in was super easy and the free luggage forwarding was perfect from Haneda. The staff was friendly and helpful with requests. My only reservation is that the location is a bit far from the main areas so if you wanna do shopping etc it's a slight pain but overall the in-room washing machine was the biggest highlight. Plus the area did have good dining and some konbinis for quick meals. Plus the stations were easy to navigate and quick to catch to the larger stations so I think it would be great for a first time traveler. We would stay here again.

Great location…5 minutes from Takanawa JR station. The in room washer/dryer is so convenient. There are limited shopping places nearby, and restaurants are limited as well.
