Great
We had a corner room which was a reasonable size for 3 people with an extra bed added in. The bathroom was clean with a typical Japanese wet room (combined shower / bath room). The breakfast was okay, with a range of options, though the coffee was not good. The hotel is located in a fairly corporate area, though there are some great restaurants not too far away. Tokyo tower is about a 30 minute walk away, but is in sight just around the corner. Tamachi station is the nearest, about a 5 minute walk away. This will get you to many key sights across Tokyo and is a short hop to Tokyo station for catching shinkansen. Note that this station is remarkably busy between 7-9am in the morning, with marked lanes to try and keep people moving. It's a sight to behold, but if you don't like crowds, give it a miss at these times.

The room was very clean, the beds are quite hard. Lots of amenities provided like Refa hair curler and sewing kit when needed. The daily housekeeping will not make beds unfortunately they will only provide new pjs and waters. Would stay again for close location to JR train.

Fantastic

For business

Corner room on the 15th floor was awesome. Great view to wake up to every morning! Comfy corner couch and firm beds. Plus the location was a short walk to Tamachi station and MSB Tamachi with so many dining options.

Great location as it is within walking distance to Metro Stations, friendly and helpful staff, quick service, quiet area, great views of Tokyo from our corner room, and lots of space for Japanese hotels - stayed one night before our departure flight the next day

Good property. Rooms are adequately sized. Except that there are no wardrobes or closet space in the room. Breakfast gets over by 9 am and there is a scramble towards the end. Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast spread is repetitive to a large extent.

The front desk staff member we dealt with was very rude. One of the key cards didn’t work and it took going up and down 5 times to finally get the right one. One member of our party wanted to leave a bag in our room until they checked into their own hotel. They were told they were not allowed in the elevator. Very disappointed with the customer service. Other hotels were much more friendly and eager to help in any way.

The hotel experience was great, minus the rude older female staff whose mostly works at night. She was not helpful. Make sure to ask and make reservations for luggage service.

Fantastic
Good sized room for Tokyo. Hotel in convenient location near to several metro stations with good airport connections and easy to get into the centre. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. Just beware this large hotel only has three parking spaces for guests so you really do need to make sure you have reserved and with that limited availability you may struggle to secure a space. Parking is available a short walk away, paid and quite exensive.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The only downside (for non-smokers) is that the microwave is buried deep in the smoking room on 14F, with the fume hits you in the face the moment you open the door... just a warning if you want to re-heat something. Other than that theres the happy hour from 5-7pm with complementary drinks such as red/white wine, sake, whiskey, gin, etc, plus some snacks (it was cheese candy + biscoff cookie during my visit). Would definitely stay here again when im back.
